The director for this show (staged in our Black Box Studio Theatre) wanted the 5 acts to flow as seamlessly as possible, and utilize many of the same pieces of furniture as possible. She envisioned “walls” that could delineate space, but also be see-through, as we can see what happens “in the room beyond.” By rearranging the order in which “doorways” are opened or closed, we could set the scene for the three locales easily.
